Members can modify and update their membership information (including name, mailing address, birth date, telephone number and email address) by accessing the password-protected "Update Membership" page. Mercantile PolicyOrdering PolicyOrders are placed directly through the Site, or by contacting the Pertorqueo Sales Office – Hellas. All orders received by 6 p.m. (GMT+2), are processed and shipped within 5 business days, unless a later date is specified. An Order Confirmation Receipt is sent to the provided for email address within 24 hours of the order request. Please assure that you have received this Order Confirmation Receipt, ensuring that we have received and approved your order. Contact PERTORQUEO if such is not the case. The Order Confirmation Receipt is a copy of your online order. Order alterations may be requested. When possible, we would proceed to their completion. An additional shipment delay may be required in this case. Any Monetary Credit that arises from the alteration request, in favour of the Customer, will not be accompanied by a reimbursement of funds. Instead, a PERTORQUEO Credit Voucher (of indefinite period) is issued and offered, equivalent in monetary value to the Customer’s Monetary Credit. Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of PERTORQUEO’S sending of an order confirmation. There is no reimbursement of funds. Instead, a PERTORQUEO Credit Voucher (of indefinite period) is issued and offered, equivalent in monetary value to seventy percent (70%) of the Order’s Final Balance Value. Labeling Policy Labels seen on the Company’s Website, the Online Store, the Company Catalogue or on any other marketing or informative source for the Company may be altered in part or in whole at anytime. An announcement will be posted on the Website of such changes, before any such product is distributed. Any mercantile dispute based on such a labeling alteration by the Company will not be held as a basis for dispute unless the customer had informed the Company in writing, upon place the order, of such particular labeling requests. Shipping Policy The Site processes Worldwide Order Shipping, made possible by the Shipping Service Providers that Pertorqueo collaborates with, TNT Courier Service (TNT) and Hellenic Postal Service (HPS). An order’s shipping charges are calculated per recipient and parcel, at checkout, according to the chosen Shipping Service Provider. An Order Shipment Reference Number is sent via email once the order has been shipped, to the e-mail you provide us with, when having placed your order. All shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, and with immediate stock availability. Any delay in order fulfillment will be notified as soon as possible, so please ensure a valid email address and telephone number is included in your order information to facilitate this course of action. We do not assure that all of our products may be shipped with any one of the proposed shipping carrier servers. Various regulations and standards are evaluated and updated readily, depending on country policies. PERTORQUEO does its best to be informed in advance for any such changes. Our policy is to inform customers, in advance of PERTORQUEO’s acceptance of any payment, of such restrictions in shipping to their country of delivery. We are not responsible for any charges that the customer may incur for the cancellation of an order and its associated payment. Our Economy and Standard and Priority shipping modes deliver to most countries worldwide. Please also note that the shipping charges for the products we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. The charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination country. Weight restrictions: Courier / TNT Courier Service - limited to a maximum gross weight of 35 (thirty-five) kilograms, per parcel. Priority / HPS Special Priority Mail (SPM) – limited to a maximum gross weight of 35 (thirty-five) kilograms, per parcel Express / HPS Express Mail Service (EMS )– limited to a maximum gross weight of 35 (thirty-five) kilograms per parcel Economy / HPS Surface Air Lift (SAL) - limited to a maximum gross weight of 20 (twenty) kilograms, per parcel. For larger weight orders, special arrangements can be made. Contact our Pertorqueo Sales Office – Hellas (see Assistance below) with specifications of your desired order, via email, fax or telephone. Please note that all shipping rates to other countries may be subjected to local customs or import taxes for which the customer is liable for. Pertorqueo will not accept responsibility for any of these additional expenses. For more information regarding your country's custom/taxes/import duty policies, please contact your local customs or post office. Please allow: Courier / TNT Courier Service - up to 7 (seven) working days for shipment delivery (Real-Time Parcel Traceability available). Priority / HPS Special Priority Mail (SPM) - up to 7 (seven) working days for shipment delivery (Real-Time Parcel Traceability available). Express / HPS Express Mail (EMS) - up to 7 (seven) working days for shipment delivery (Real-Time Parcel Traceability available). Economy / HPS Surface Air Lift (SAL) - up to 14 (fourteen) working days for shipment delivery (Real-Time Traceability NOT available). The above-mentioned delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. PERTORQUEO does not guarantee any package’s arrival on a specific date. All our orders are shipped with our basic packaging, which is not gift wrapping but materials used to secure the safety of purchases for protection and shipping purposes. Quality Assurance We monitor the entire food safety assurance process from the moment when raw materials and products enter our premises, through the processing and handling of products, until the moment when they reach the end customers. Our competence and constant care assure the safety of our products and the trust of our recipients. We strive toward building selective production and sales teams, so that quality assurance may remain our single goal – Provide Unique Premium Products to Pertorqueo’s Members.
Your final Order proof is the Order Confirmation Receipt which you receive within 24 hours after placing an order. An incorrect shipment accusation can only be based on the contents of this Receipt. No merchandise may be returned, irrelevant it still being in the original packaging and un-opened, or not. If any products you have purchased are damaged, defective, or part of an incorrect shipment, we will make appropriate arrangements to have them picked up and replaced where possible. Where the latter is not possible, we will issue a Pertorqueo Credit Voucher for the value which we deem appropriate to the occasion. The above-mentioned take effect as long as the following conditions are complied: Damaged/Defective Item - We adhere to strict packaging and quality control guidelines to ensure that your purchase reaches you in the best possible condition. However in the event that your purchase is defective or damaged during the shipping process, kindly send photographs of the defective/damaged products, together with your e-order/transaction number to Pertorqueo Sales Office – Hellas (see Assistance below), within: 14 calendar days, if shipped by Courier, Priority or Express Mail, of the ship date on your receipt
This time restriction is imposed in order for Pertorqueo to assess your situation and the cause of the mishap, in a prompt and achievable delay.
Consent and Changes to Terms and PoliciesSubject to the above provisions, by using the Site, you consent to its Policies and Terms of Use. We may change our Policies or Terms of Use from time to time as new features or services are added, suggestions from our customers are incorporated or other changes are made.
