Plantations that were once our grandfather's and father's fruits of life have now become our grounds for culinary artistry. Our produce is grown in two estates, each with its own micro climatic attributes serving thus in the cultivation of specialized products. In all, they total over 350,000 square meters of cultivated land. Our Estates are situated in the southernmost peninsula of Ancient Greece, on the shores of the Laconian Gulf, neighbouring the historic gardens of the palaces of Leonidas and Menelaus. They are shadowed by the majestic snowy peaks of Taïgetos and Parnonas Mountain Ranges, they abide to the provincial rule and protection of Spartan Mystras and Monemvasia Castles, and illuminated by the guiding light beacons of the Stone Towers of Gytheion and Neapolis. Our Production, contrary to our estates, is found in an ultra-modern Food Laboratory, within the forgotten walls of the ancient City of Athens. The tecnniques used in the production of our Greek gourmet products are those that have been passed along to us from past generations. The ways are simple but may take long. Thus is Our Secret to producing simple, yet most flavorful, qualitative culinary products.
Of up most importance for us is that cultivation, growth, and production be rigorously controlled. Cultivation abides by Our Traditional & Phyto-Organic Standards (the natural ways of our fathers), and production abides to modern HACCP Standards (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). These guidelines are rigorously met in order to continue growing uniquely flavoured and producing quality assured Greek gourmet products. Our varied selection of fruity aromatic tastes, owed to selective harvesting, are our eclectic Gourmet Olive Oils, quality Estate Dessert Wines, exceptional Wildflower and Honeydew Honeys, and seasonal Traditional Specialty Sweets. Quantities are limited, being the premium quality of the products that we produce.
