Ηoney is one of the few products that must be completely exempted from remains of antibiotics and other substances that are used in the environment, irrelevantly whether they are harmless to human health.  In the following tables, we find the allowed daily concentrations of remains of antibiotics, in various types of food, whereas not in honey.  See the following table:
