Our Artisanal Confitures are prepared with seasonal fruits, raw cane sugar, and various aromatic herbs.

No preservatives are added to our Artisanal Confitures, and they are preserved naturally.

Our last production involved:

During the summer months - Confitures of Apricot, Strawberry, Peach,Peach-Apricot and Fig.

During the autmn months - Confitures of Apple, Pear, Quince, Pumpkin, Wild Apple and Chestnut.

Every new Season brings about bright new colors and intense fruity smells into our life.

They are our drive to finding new recipes with every new turn.
