Vanilla-Fir Honey  [P.D.O.]  

This honey has a flavour liked from the most exigent consumers. Vanilla-Fir Honey has a distinguishable appearance, since it creates the essence of highlights within its interior. Visually striking, it is a rich and sturdy honey, both strong and sweet, with earthy components. It is a honey that finishes with a playful buttery-sweet note. 

Vanilla-Fir Honey pairs well with any strong cheese [especially blue varietal cheeses] and with citrus fruit [as a palate cleanser]. The honey is produced from bees that call home the towering Fir Trees of Mt. Ménalos Parkland. The honey does not crystallize and its particular characteristics have been guaranteed with certification as to its origin - PDO [Protected Designation of Origin].  It is the honey with the least calories.
