Thyme Honey

Thyme Honey is intensely aromatic, with exceptional flavour and a bright appearance.  It is classified as one of the better quality honeys to exist.  Thyme Honey is very silky with a full bodied flavour combining cumin, lilac, and maraschino, with a very long finish.  It pairs well with steamed milk, fresh yoghurt, and goat cheese; or just an accompaniment to warm chamomile teas.  It is a toner, has antiseptic attributes and empowers the immune system of the body.  It crystallizes within 6 to 18 months of production.
