Our Wine

You enter a wine shop and look for that “special” wine bottle to uncork and serve at the afternoon dinner party you have been invited to. Before walking in, you might have had an idea of what you wanted to bring, but now you feel overwhelmed by all the various varieties and prices. You will probably choose a bottle because you have had it in the past and enjoyed it, are a fan of some region’s wines and will continue to drink wine derived only from there, or were just attracted to a bottle’s label and overall design.

If this sounds a bit extreme, I would say not. Choosing a wine bottle can be a very unpleasant experience for many being that wine knowledge is acquired and lived through the various tastings that each of us will participate to, and not a notion or theory that can just be learned.

When one begins to enjoy his trips down Wine Valley by taking the time to think of the color, smell and taste of the wine that is in his glass, wine drinking shall turn into quite the adventure.
